Lumber and tile for our new portico arrived today. Nikola hauled it half way up the hill, as far as his little tractor could go, then Slavko and I carried it up the steps and the rest of the way. Hot work. I had thought that maybe we could get the entry built while I was here but now I see that was overly optimistic. Plenty of work to do anyway. Plus I would like to do some sight seeing, photography while Marius is here. I am already half way through my stay! I have even already booked a room in Split by the airport for the night before I leave!
