A great friend and neighbor, Slavko went up to check our little house in Milna yesterday. Everything looks good (including some handsome tile work on the main floor) EXCEPT the back upstairs room is a water-damaged disaster!! I foresee more roof work this year.
Slavko sweetened the message with a number of lovely neighbor picts, including our peach tree in blossom and a waving balcony.

Yeah, the guest room. It looks like my roof repairs last year just funneled the water right into it.
But don't worry, we can still find a spot for you to sleep when you come over.
Did you click on the photo to enlarge it and see how bad it really is?
i enlarged the photo and although it looks bad if it were really bad the plaster would have fallen and there would be water damage on the floor that leaded downstairs. So you might be lucky.
the tile floor in the other photo does look terrific
that would be leaked downstairs
