Now that our doggie is gone, we are replacing our old carpet with new wood flooring. In preparation, I have been ripping up carpet and particleboard underlayment, nail by nail by nail by nail. I just finished yesterday, a broken man, after pulling out 13.6 pounds of nails. Here are photos of one of the battlegrounds and the casualties.
