Eliot's Photos from North Cascade Trip

Here is a cabin with dove tail corners @ Canyon Creek. 
Made in 1902 by 3 Seattle ship builders looking for gold.

what is amazing is that cabin is still standing in the wilderness because it was built by craftsmen who took the time to build it right

And buildings built in the 1990's in the city are falling apart because anyone now is a builder

oh yeah what is that tall craggy thing in the background of the top picture... oh yeah now I remember it's a mountain. It's so flat in SE Michigan I can hardly believe what a real mountain looks like. Breathtaking.
