Brianna stands by the painting she inspired for the "Patterns" invitational show at the Edison Eye this weekend. John's painting -- "Worlds on Worlds Are Rolling Ever" -- was snapped up within a few minutes of gallery opening by an enthusiastic collector from Portland, Oregon.

Story has it, there were three people fighting over the right to buy it as soon as the show opened. When one prevailed the second was crest-fallen and insisted that the gallery take her address in case the buyer backed out. (Maybe I'll send some other picts to her?)
